Course Summary
This program equips trainees with comprehensive knowledge of steam boiler legislation, standards, and safety regulations. It covers boiler design, components, fittings, and safety devices, as well as operation, maintenance, emergency procedures, and efficiency management. Participants will also learn to identify boiler defects, understand root causes such as corrosion, fatigue, and mechanical failure, and apply non-destructive testing (NDT/NDE). The course emphasizes machine integrity, fitness-for-service, and process safety management.
